Do your shoes actually fit?
Shoes that are too small or too tight put constant pressure on your toes. That can lead to painful toes, calluses and corns, ingrown toenails and nail deformation.
Take the insole out of your shoe and stand on it.
Your foot should fit comfortably, with space in front of your toes, not hanging over the edge. At ONYX we do not only treat what we see on the feet. We help you understand why the problem appeared.
